• If KMR have to cancel a class then we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

• If you cancel more than 4 weeks in advance we will offer to move your booking or issue a refund (refunds will be made back via the original payment method)

• If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the start of the class we will only be able to offer a refund if it is possible to fill your space.

• Unfortunately there are no refunds for courses that run over several days where you have attended one (or more of the days)

Please get in touch prior to purchasing a service and we will discuss your options, you can either arrange to drop off or we can collect (please note a collection and/or mileage fee may apply, this will be calculated prior to booking).

If, during servicing, it is found that you need replacement parts and/or repairs that would add to the cost, this would be discussed with you prior to any work taking place.

Any payments will be discussed prior to any work taking place, in the unlikely event that we are unable to repair you machine there will, of course, be no charge. should you not wish to proceed with a required repair then your machine will be returned to you (although there may still be a charge for the mileage if we are returning the machine to you).

Yes, all of our machines come with a three month wear and tear guarantee.
